OMG! that is hillarious! and SO true at times!!! After having this for 5+ years I have really learned to find the BETTER side of the disease... it is hard to do at times, but well worth it in the end! I LOVE your site... keep up the good work!
I was diagnosed with Celiac disease May 23 2003. It was a very hard, very long road to discover what was wrong with my body and why I was so sick. Post diagnosis I began to feel better nearly immeadiately on the gluten free diet. Nothing was instantly fixed but I am very far down the road of recovery that those days that I was sick seem like a distant dot. Recovery has it's challenges and one of them is EATING GF. Here I talk about my efforts to help Celiacs find places to go and love eating out. Join me, won't you?
