New Soup Kitchen with GF Options

I get all these magazines from the university and hardly ever find anything useful in them until today. Westward Alberta published an article in their "upfront" section about a soup kitchen in Edmonton that makes at least one celiac friendly soup option each day.

It's called SOUL SOUP and is owned by Carla Alexander. She makes three soups daily, a vegitarian, a seafood and a meat based, one of which (at least) is GF. SHe rotates through menu of 53 choices and simmers each for 24 hours.
